Company website data

The public company website does not provide player accounts, player login, or a marketing mailing list. With your permission, we use Google Analytics on the homepage and games page to understand visits, advertising campaign referrals, and clicks on Capture Da King's Google Play, App Store, and browser-play links. A link click does not tell us whether you installed or played the game.

Optional analytics and your choice

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not limit access to our website or game links. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of the homepage, games page, or this page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops subsequent analytics collection by this website; it does not delete information already collected by Google.

We store your consent choice in your browser for up to 180 days. If accepted, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days to distinguish browsers and sessions. You can also clear cookies and site storage through your browser. Your choice applies to this browser, not all your devices.

Analytics may include a pseudonymous browser identifier, page visits, timestamps, approved campaign labels, referring site, device category, operating system, browser information, approximate location, and the game-link destination you selected. Google processes technical connection information when receiving this data. We do not send your name, email address, account details, free-text input, or arbitrary URL query values as analytics events. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Google processes analytics information to provide measurement services. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Information may be processed outside your country. This setup does not track activity inside our games or app stores; those services have their own privacy practices.

Email contact

If you choose to contact Da Mystro Gamings LLC by email, the company receives the information you include in that email, such as your email address, name if provided, message content, and any device or issue details you choose to include. We use that information to read, respond to, and manage your request.

Hosting and technical information

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver the website, protect the service, and maintain reliability. This may include information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time of access, and basic security logs. Da Mystro Gamings does not use this website to build advertising profiles.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that help operate the website or email systems, or disclosed if required by law, safety, security, or legal process.

Retention and deletion

Our Google Analytics property retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; the user-data retention period resets with new activity. These controls do not limit the retention of aggregated standard reports. Browser consent preferences and analytics cookies have the separate lifetimes described above.

Email messages may be retained as needed to respond to requests, manage company records, and protect the company or users. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to us by email. We may need to retain limited information where required for legal, security, or business record purposes.

Children

The public company website is not designed to collect personal information from children. If a parent, guardian, school, or educator believes a child has sent personal information to Da Mystro Gamings, contact us so we can review and respond.

Games and apps
